- Recién sacado del horno el bizcocho lo pinchamos con un tenedor y vamos añadiendo la mezcla de leche poco a poco dando tiempo a que vaya el bizcocho absorbiendo la mezcla, reservamos en la nevera por unas horas yo lo tuve hasta el día siguiente
- Ponemos un cazo con agua al fuego y en un recipiente de aluminio o de cristal ponemos las claras de huevo con el azúcar cocinamos removiendo hasta que el azúcar se disuelva o si tenemos un termómetro llegue a 55 grados, retiramos del fuego y dejamos atemperar
- Montamos las claras con unas varillas eléctricas, hasta que el merengue vaya cogiendo brillo en ese momento añadimos un pellizco de sal y unas gotitas de limón seguimos montando hasta que forme unos picos firmes, ponemos el merengue en una manga pastelera y decoramos toda la tarta por encima terminando su decoración con unos fideos de chocolate
