  3. Añade la carne, el pimentón y el tomate en la olla y cocínalo por un par de minutos.
  4. Añade el vino tinto y evapora el alcohol subiendo el fuego al máximo unos minutos.
  5. Ahora añadimos el caldo, la sal, la hoja de laurel y la pimienta a la olla. Tapamos y dejamos cocinar durante 1 hora. La carne tiene que quedar blandita y melosa.
  6. Mientras se cocina el estofado, en una sartén ponemos aceite y un diente de ajo entero, sin piel. Deja que se dore el ajo para que el aceite coja bien el sabor. Añade el vaso de arroz y dóralo un pelín. A continuación añade 2 vasos de agua. Aunque yo he añadido 3 o 4, a mí siempre me pasa lo mismo!!!
  7. Cuando nuestro arroz esté listo, lo colocamos en el plato y encima colocamos el estofado y su caldito.... mmmmm súper rico!!!
