  8. Cuando pasen 2 o 3 horas en la nevera ponemos esta tierra de gallleta sobre los flanes. Harán de base a la hora de servir. Presionamos un poco, tapamos con papel film a contacto y dejamos otras 4 o 6 horas más o de un día para otro en la nevera.
  9. Para desmoldarlo pasamos una puntilla fina por el borde y le damos la vuelta en un plato. Con un soplete le damos en la parte de encima para que el caramelo se despegue y "suelte" el flan.
  10. Yo lo acabé con unos hilos de caramelo, nata montada y una pseudomermelada de frutos rojos (muy fácil: 2 puñados de arándanos y frambuesas, 1 c.s. de azúcar al fuego durante 5 minutos. Chafamos un poco con una cuchara las frutas. Dejamos que se enfríe totalmente y a la nevera. Podemos hacerlo mejor la víspera, tendrá más consistencia.)
