  5. Cuando estén blanditas pero sin llegar a desmenuzarse, cogemos una por una y las rebozamos en el huevo batido, y de ahí las pasamos al aceite.
  6. Freír las torrijas en el aceite. Cuando estén doradas por un lado, damos la vuelta y esperamos que se doren por el otro lado.
  7. Una vez tostadas, las sacamos a un plato o recipiente en el que previamente hemos colocado papel de cocina para que escurra el resto del aceite de las torrijas.
  8. ¡Importante! Nada más poner las torrijas en el plato hay que espolvorearlas con canela. Hay a gente que no le gusta la canela, por lo que se puede usar azúcar.
