Cocinamos hasta que se consuma el agua del tomate y coja textura. - Ahora es el turno de los fideos. Los añadimos a la paellera, mezclamos y los doramos un par de minutos. Añadimos el caaldo de pescado y e intentamos repartir bien todos los fideos por la paellera.
- Lo llevamos a ebullición y cocinamos durante 9 minutos (si los fideos no son integrales quizá en 7 minutos esté) Antes de que se consuma el caldo colocamos los mejillones y las gambas.
- Si te apetece hacer ali oli este sería un buen momento.
Cuando estén listos apaga el fuego, retira la pellera del calor y dégalo reposar diez minutillos. - ¡A disfrutar!
