  7. Añadimos a la cazuela las cebolletas, ajos t pimiento bien picado.
  8. Dejamos pochar a fuego suave desglasando los restos. Cuando esté pochadito añadimos el tomate triturado y dejamos que se evapore el agua de vegetación.
  9. Agregamos la glasé y 1 c.p. de harina. Removemos bien y cubrimos con fondo de pescado.
  10. Dejamos hervir y reducir hasta que se forme una sala espesita.
  11. Añadimos las patatas escurridas y cuando se calienten disponemos la merluza y las gambas. Intentamos no moverlas mucho para evitar que se rompan.
  12. Cuando se caliente añadimos los guisantes, apagamos el fuego y tapamos. Dejamos reposar 3 o 4 minutos. Espolvoreamos con perejil picado y a comer y mojar pan.
