  2. Pasamos las tiras asadas a la licuadora con el agua y trituramos muy bien.
  3. En una cacerola baja, sofreímos la cebolla picada con el ajo. Añadimos el tomate concentrado y cocinamos.
  4. A continuación añadimos la salsa de pimientos previamente triturada y cocinamos lentamente a fuego bajo, unos 10 min. Es hora de añadir el queso de cabra, desmenuzándolo con las manos.
  5. Mientras se cocina pacientemente, hervimos la pasta (sigue las indicaciones del paquete). Hierve con sal, no con aceite, pues este hace que las salsas no se adhieran a la pasta. Una vez hervida, reserva 5 cucharadas del agua de la cocción. Escurre la pasta.
  6. Pasa la pasta a la cacerola con la salsa y añade el agua reservada. Remueve unos minutos y fuera de fuego, añade la mantequilla hasta que se derrita. Aunque este ingrediente es opcional, le dará un mayor sabor y cremosidad al plato.
  7. Emplatar no es menos importante que el procedimiento del mismo, pues una buena presentación puede incluso cambiar el sabor al plato. Disponemos la pasta en el centro del plato, yo me he decantado por la mozzarella, pero si prefieres un sabor más fuerte puedes rallar parmesano. Para un toque dulce, añade 1 cdta. de confitura de tomate. Esparce orégano por encima y sirve caliente.
