  3. Ponemos unos 150 ml de agua a calentar y diluimos en ella la gelatina que ya se habrá hidratado, la escurrimos y la mezclamos con el agua caliente para que se deshaga.
  4. Echamos el agua con la gelatina a la porra y batimos unos segundos para que se mezcle bien.
  5. Y ya solo tenemos que volcarlo en los moldes y dejarlo enfriar, mejor de un día para otro, o al menos 6 horas.
  6. Cortamos 6 círculos de pan de molde que nos ayudarán a desmoldar y trasladar los flanes al plato.
    Para desmoldarlo pasamos suavemente un chuchillo de punta redonda, mojado en agua, por los laterales y volcamos cada flan sobre el círculo de pan que hemos cortado.
  7. Se adorna con brotes y jamón de pato deshidratado….. o con lo que quieras, estará igual de bueno.
  8. Y ya solo queda disfrutarlo.
