  4. Saca la masa del horno y retira el peso (los garbanzos). Pasa la mezcla al molde con la masa medio hecha. No te preocupes si la ves muy líquida, el huevo cuajará y quedará deliciosa. Hornea a 180ºC, 20-25 min, queremos que quede jugosa, pero no cruda.
  5. Decora con unas hojas de albahaca recién cortada. La puedes tomar caliente o fría. ¡Y LISTO!
