  4. Pasadas unas 3 o 4 añadimos 2 claras de huevo en un recipiente amplio, le ponemos una pizca de sal y empezamos a montar las claras a punto de nieve. Para saber si las claras están bien montadas, le damos la vuelta al recipiente y si no se caen y están firmes es que ya están bien montadas.
  5. Ahora con la ayuda de un tenedor desmenuzados la mezcla que teníamos en el congelador y lo mezclamos con las claras montadas. Vamos a ir mezclando con movimientos envolventes hasta conseguir una mezcla homogénea.
  6. Ahora volvemos a poner la mezcla en un recipiente hermético y lo volvemos a llevar al congelador unas horas.
  7. Pasadas unas horas, vertemos el sorbete en unos vasos y si se quiere se puede decorar con unas rodajas de lima.
