  7. Ya sería dejar a fuego medio-bajo el arroz (sin remover si se quiere "socarrat" al fondo) hasta que esté levemente durito, para que reposando quede en su punto.
  8. Yo suelo no removerlo, y al final le doy unos minutos de fuego más fuerte antes de apagar, para hacer el "socarrat". Le añado un chorro de limón (si, a mí me gusta con limón 😅) ¡y a disfrutar!
