  8. Espolvorear el queso rallado por encima y meter al horno durante 15 minutos.
  9. A la salida del horno echar un poco de pimienta cayena por encima para potenciar el sabor, con cuidado de no echar en exceso. Adornar con las violetas y servir bien calentita con la ensalada de violetas sobrante.
