- Las corté por la mitad e hice un doble sin presionar la Junta, pintamos con la mantequilla fundida por ambas caras y horneamos a 180 grados con calor arriba y abajo por 12 minutos, una vez atemperadas con un cuchillo separamos ambos lados(al no a ver presionado la juntas de las láminas es fácil de cortar)
- Rellenamos con la crema, y le espolvoreamos azúcar glas por encima
